• Players who play over are treated as new players in the game and must wait for the large blind to reach their position or post the amount of the blind to obtain a hand right away.
• Players may not be added to the table or dealt a hand at the small blind position. They must wait for the button to pass their location before being dealt into the game.

• When a player is dealt in and owes an unposted blind, the hand is considered dead if they check their cards before posting the missing blind, as long as the player does not act on the hand.
