1. Sachin Tendulkar (INDIA)

The Master Blaster scored his first ODI century in 1994 and, from thereon, collected numerous centuries, and ended his ODI career with a record of 49 centuries, the most hundreds in ODI cricket by any player. His 46th ODI century against South Africa, where he scored his highest hundred in ODIs (200*), was the first time a batsman scored an ODI double-century.
