SquizBiz

SquizBiz is the new streaming media tool that enables businesses to display and market their goods to their clients via live online video without leaving the office or showroom.

Imagine a gardener who owns a wholesale nursery in a rural area walking around his property, talking to his metropolitan client on a hands-free phone headset. The client is viewing the gardener's website, and as the gardener walks around holding his video camera, he can take video and stills of anything he wants his metro client to see - it all appears dynamically via his website.

SquizBiz consists of a hardware and software package which converts a standard video camera into a webcasting system.

How does it work?

- The software is installed onto your internet connected PC (broadband is preferable).

- The SquizBiz receiver is connected to the PC

- Insert the SquizBiz Transmitter into a Sony Handycam’s hotshoe.

- Now just pick up your handycam and put on your hands-free phone headset – your client can now log into your SquizBiz webpage and ‘meet’ with you.

Klez - new virus alert!

Windows XP, 2000 and NT users are not vulnerable to this virus. If you're using other versions of Windows but you have Internet Explorer 6, you're also unlikely to be vulnerable. Either way, more info is to be found at: Symantec.

If you are using Internet Explorer 5.01 or 5.5, its probably time to upgrade to version 6 (do a typical or full install to get all the updates, etc), but if you'd rather just have the patches for those versions, visit:
